Joe Charters is Mary’s Director of Operations.  Joe helps establish the direction of the team as a whole with respect to marketing, finance and operations.

With a heavy emphasis on marketing, Joe is involved with all advertising, web sites, vehicle advertising programs, press releases, speaking engagements and all other mediums used to keep Mary’s name in front of the public.  By doing so Mary’s name is foremost in consumer’s minds when they think about buying or selling a home.  That is what allows Mary to sell between 150 and 200 homes a year.


Katherine St. PaulWe realize that voice mail, while occasionally a necessity, is not always the most effective or desired way of communicating. To that end Mary’s Customer Care Coordinators provide a point of contact for Mary's clients during normal business hours. They also execute the systems that we use to coordinate all listing activities including advertising, photographing your home, producing flyers and other marketing as well conduct follow-up on showings of your home. While your home is available for sale, the Customer Care Coordinators manage your file in our office until a contract is received and accepted.

Once your home is under contract your Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for the processing and tracking of the contract for your home. Once received, there are a myriad of time sensitive details, terms and conditions that are part of the contract and that must be followed up on to ensure that settlement occurs on time. Many of these are critical to the closing process and can affect whether a contract closes or not. One of the benefits of having a team to help with the details is that there is almost always someone available in the office during business hours to provide you with status when you call. Mary’s systems, developed over the past 14 years, along with her Customer Care Coordinator’s specialized knowledge and attention to detail, allow them to stay on top of each transaction and to spot problems early to ensure a successful settlement
